OPERATIONS/PROJECT MANAGER

King Richard's Liturgical Design & Contracting in Alpharetta has an immediate full time position available for an experienced operations/project manager. We are a Catholic business, non-smoking environment.

Responsibilities and skills required for this position:
  • Exceptional organizational, computer and communication skills to track and maintain the status of domestic and international custom orders from suppliers, product installations, product removals, deliveries and shipments
  • Coordinate and schedule all facets related to projects, product installations, removals, deliveries and shipments including trip/travel planning for installers/employees
  • Cost research & purchase materials related to projects, product installations, removals, deliveries, shipments and warehouse expenses
  • Track and manage costs related to projects, product installations, removals, deliveries, shipments and warehouse expenses
  • Oversee installers/employees including tracking their progress, performance & status on and offsite
  • Basic construction knowledge and skills, including OSHA regulations
  • Occasionally assist with projects, product installations and removals including occasional travel to project sites within the United States
  • Meet with other professionals, contractors or managers on project sites
  • Comprehend and respect the environments associated with work in religious facilities and individuals serving religious communities
  • Maintain onsite & offsite warehouses
  • Lead meetings corresponding to project status
  • Occasionally available to work after standard office hours or weekends

MARKETING / ADMIN ASSISTANT


King Richard's Liturgical Design & Contracting in Alpharetta has an immediate position available for an experienced marketing/administrative creative professional. The ideal new team member possesses the ability to manage their time and projects with flexibility and proven creative skills utilizing PC compatible software. We are a Catholic business; non-smoking environment.

Responsibilities for this position include:
  • ACT Program Management:
    Broadcast emails
    Create ACT templates
    Create and manage marketing campaigns thru ACT/SAM
  • Web Site Director:
    Add new product/inventory to website
    Image editing related to product/inventory for website
    Maintain press releases on website
    Maintain project directory on website
    Edit/maintain current supplier inventory on website
    • Exceptional Adobe Photoshop skills
    • Google Sketchup, PowerPoint & related software experience preferred but not required
    • Coordinate press for projects and write press releases
    • Write project stories and publish to website
    • Ability to produce professional proposals, documents and correspondence
    • Manage direct marketing campaigns
    • Oversee and coordinate data entry projects for other team members and create progress reports
    • Professionally answer telephone, track and distribute sales leads from calls, maintain voice mail system and announcements
    • Minimum skills required:
      1. Exceptional writing, grammar, spelling and organizational skills
      2. Ability to create image intense sales materials for sales team presentations
      3. Ability to write professional correspondence, inventory copy and marketing copy
      4. Extensive experience utilizing Windows based software including Microsoft Office applications, Photoshop (or comparable image editing software)
      5. Willingness and ability to quickly learn and master new software
Flexible hours available; 30 to 40 hours per week are needed for this position. Salary commensurate with verified experience.

CHURCH CONSTRUCTION / FIELD SUPERINTENDENT


King Richard's Religious Artifacts is looking for a church construction/field superintendent.

Applicants must be willing to travel within the United States. Extensive experience with construction projects, planning, organization, and controlling all costs necessary. Other duties include quality control, handling of all inspectors, supervising detailed schedules and subcontractors, and meeting all human resource guidelines and goals.

Skills and qualifications must include project management, supervision, managing profitability, delegation, supply management, ADA requirements and knowledge, estimating, attention to detail and a proven track record.
